As you know, I had procedures with five of the previous top hair replacement doctors going back 14 years before I met you. After seven procedures I was at a point that I had to wear a toupee to hide the mess the other “experts” made of my scalp. Never once did I receive the personal attention or quality service like you gave me. Your entire staff is a class organization that makes you feel comfortable and confident that you will do what you say you will do. You took the time to meet with me patiently before the procedure, examine my hair and hear my desires and concerns and recommend a plan to achieve my desires. The first procedure with you was a leap of faith to trust a hair transplant doctor again. You came through and after two procedures I was able to throw away my toupee after wearing one for 12 years. My wife and family are delighted and my hair is looking great. I wish I would have met you starting with my first procedure. If you could fix my previous mess, everyone else should be delighted at the results they can achieve when they go to you first.
