Hey Laura,

It has been 3 weeks since my procedure with you guys and just
wanted to give you an update.  As you know I have had two prior
procedures with a different facility, one for 800 and one for
1200 grafts.  When I was ready to do one final procedure I found
out they no longer practiced in my area.  I did some shopping
around and after reviewing the doctors qualifications, the
testimonials, and the pricing, (and of course your winning personality)
ended up with you.  My procedure with you was for 2500 and I have
to say so far this has been a much better experience.  As of yet I am
have not gotten any of the ingrown hairs I got with the other
two, am hopeful it doesn’t happen.  The swelling in my forehead and
around my eyes was less and I didn’t get black eyes like I did before.
My wife said the incision in the back was much nicer and she thinks
the scar is going to be nice and thin.  Also it didn’t get infected at all,
like the last times.  Noticed today I am getting some feeling back in
the numb area already.

All in all a very good experience, when compared to the past times,
and at a lower price!

My Hair Transplant MD

Thank you to “My Hair Transplant MD”. I am one satisfied client!
I had my hair transplant done over 6 months ago and I see such a
wonderful difference. I went through every stage I was advised on
and patiently waited for the results. I was very happy with the way
the staff and most particularly with Laura Haiby who truly made me
feel like there was nothing to worry about and that I wasn’t alone.
Laura treated me with great support and made my decision easy
after worrying about my concerns during the whole process. I was
very nervous about doing this procedure because you rarely see
women advertise for hair transplant, but everything she counseled
me on was point on and results are very apparent and satisfying.
The doctor is a no nonsense guy. Don’t expect him to be your
best friend. He’s pretty straight forward; particularly for woman
with high expectations. No sales pitch, no game. The staff is just
friendly and very experienced. They feed you and take care of you
during the whole long process. It is a very long hands on treatment.

My hair looks great. When I go out now I don’t have to worry about
my hair or worry if people are staring at me or the top of my head.

At first, I was so really nervous about the procedure but I was very
impressed by your staff professionalism and attention making me feel

Laura…I’m doing great! We will try to get down your way in April
sometime, but no promises. I probably will have some more hair done in a
couple of years. Lynn and I are so pleased with my new hair though. I’m
constantly getting compliments on it. I told Lynn I want full length
blonde hair extensions for Christmas so I can start having people call
me Fabio!

Hi Laura,

How are you doing today? I wanted to send you and the crew a
little thank you letter for  all the hard work everyone went through
on my behalf.

You know I had some transplants done around 10 years
ago and didn’t regret it. But I had said that I wouldn’t do it again
because of the horrific headaches and I didn’t think I would need it.
Well, as I got older and more and more of my hair went away to the
point of the guys at  work making comments and my confidence started
to decline, I knew I would have to revisit  this surgery.  I did a lot of
research and talked to a lot of people.  Being that I had already done
this once before I had a better feel for who I was looking for to do
my next surgery. Even so it  was still not an easy decision. You were
so easy to talk to and informative. You made me feel so  much more
at ease with my decision to have your office help me. You have been
there all the way through it with me and still are there. You helped
with my hotel reservations and directions on how  to get there and
was with me the whole step of the way just making things so much
easier to deal  with.

This is a big step in ones life and to have someone
help like you did was great.  It was like your kindness and help wasn’t
enough because when I got there to the office things just kept right
on with a level of professionalism that I didn’t expect.   I met one of
the ladies in the elevator that showed me into the office.  When I came
in we went over  paper work and what I was to expect for the day.
Shortly after getting there I was in the chair  talking to the doctor
and we got started. It was like the office was built and made just for me.
I had everyone’s attention it seemed. The girls that worked on me were
so patient and relentless  at there work. They kept my head so clean
that when I went through the healing process there were hardly any scabs.

The doctor did a great job and I know this because when I got my sutures
and staples out it was done by my local dermatologist and she said he did
a good job at closing the incision and used  a superior grade thread for the
suture, one she hadn’t seen yet and she said she might start using it herself.
It has been almost 2 weeks since the surgery now and I went to see my
brother yesterday and he  said he can already see a difference that he could
see all of the little hairs coming in.

I am glad that I finally made the decision to come to you and I look
forward to talking to you in 6 months to show you my New Look! I will
follow up with a new letter at that point telling of how it has impacted my
life and give you before and after pictures for everyone to see what a
great job your office has done.

AWESOME RESULTS !!!

I hope all is well, I wanted to update you after 6 months to let you  know how
darn pleased I am with the results of the last procedure.    Absolutely amazing
what that small procedure and 200 300 hairs have  done up front …  it really
looks full now.   Thank you.

Can I come in to show off the result to all of you …. would it be  possible to set
up another consult with Dr. Garbutt – I could bring in  lunch for everyone
which is the least I can do.

The hair in the donor area has also thicken up after several  procedures and
scar revision I think it was a little thin but there is  now full vasculature and
things are pretty good except one spot in the  back and the gap on right side
donor area which I think can be  narrowed a bit more.

You all have done so much for me and I am so thankful for the care over the
years.  Please pass along to Dr. Garbutt my best and thanks.   I am absolutely
thrilled with what we have accomplished to date.

Hi Laura

I am still in pain with slight swelling, but I would like to take this
opportunity to thank you, “Laura, Dr Garbutt and your great team, that
was very comforting and knowledgeable in every thing they did.

Dr Garbutt articulated his procedure to make the right decision since
my donor was not too much to cover front and back so we decided to just
cover the front and leave the crown for later in the year,

Thank you for all the comfort Laura and the repeated calls to assure me
that there was nothing to worry about since this was my first hair
restoration which I was very concerned and that is what took me time to
decide, but I am glad I did and hope I will see results since it is just
the 6 day after my surgery

Laura,

Front hairline is great! Crown filled in a lot but will probably need a
round two in the future! Overall very pleased!
